How to Apply

Your email id will be your login name so kindly use the working email id. You will receive all correspondence information on your registered e-mail id.

Email ID used once cannot be use again to create secondary login.

Step1: Click on Apply Here -> New / First Time User or click on the link http://qcin.org/nbqp/dsa/2016/user/register

Step2 : Click on Apply Here -> Existing / Registered User or click on the link http://qcin.org/nbqp/dsa/2016/user

Step3 : Fill the Basic Details

Step4 : Click on Next Page and Fill the Top Management Details

In Case of Organisation You May register Multiple user in one Form. By Default 1 delegates names may be included in the online form, and to add more delegates click on add more button.

Step5 : Click on Next Page and Fill the Case Study/Project : Submission Detail

In Case of You want to add another Case Study/Project click on add more button.

Once the form is filled, please verify the details entered, and once done Click on Submit Button

Note: You can add only more then 2 Case Study/Project.

Step6 : Successful Submission

On Successful Submission an email will be sent to your registered Emails Ids.

After Submission Make Payment Page will be visible

Step7 : Make Payment

For Online Payment Click on Click Here To Make Payment

Payment can be done using Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking
