Our company M/s National Industries has aimed of continuous improvement in cost reduction, quality improvement, and productivity improvement at all aspect. Small Group activities (SGA) have been adopted in our Unit as a major Vehicle for Continues Improvement.

The Group followed PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach to work on the Problem for Improvement in terms of Productivity & Quality under the Guidance of Manufacturing Head. We have saved 21.65 laces /annual for the year 2014~2015. Now the target of reducing the Manufacturing cost 20 % by adding LCA in year 2015 ~ 2016.

We certify that the project described here was implemented by the above team and is in continuous operation. We also certify that the financial benefits reported in this enclosed format are accurate and the benefits improved the bottom line of the company. We are also agreeable that the contents of this case study can be published by the organizers.
