Quality Audit Applied to Benchmark School Performance

An internal audit is the examination, monitoring and analysis of activities related to organization’s operations, including its business structure, employee behavior and information systems. This activity helps an organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. Processes are defined in the school system to build goodwill among stakeholders i.e., Students, Teachers and Community. It helps in analyzing processes to ensure quality in the school. Right issue raised during the audit for reducing the risk of future Non - Compliance. This case study explains the elements of the audit and define the result of the audit regarding the company’s goals, objectives, purpose, and performance, as well as observe how things are being implemented.Proper communication with other functions to draft the policies and procedures helped in developing School Operating Manual (SOM).
